Finding Balance in Times of Stress

Educational Office Professionals and other school personnel have experienced unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety these past two years. The pandemic precipitated the need to isolate, and new systems of teaching were developed to ensure the safety of students and staff at every level.

The result has been stressed out kids, frustrated parents and guardians, and school staff who have been tested as never before.

Michael Blanche will provide a presentation which will help Educational Office Professionals to:

  • recognize ways that mental health has been impacted

  • find our footing when nothing feels “normal”

  • develop and maintain self-care practices

  • learn coping strategies for ongoing wellness
