Our Mission.
The mission of the Association is to provide professional growth through leadership, education, achievement, recognition, and networking opportunities for educational office professionals.
A message from the President..
I attended my first conference in Kansas City, Missouri as I was preparing to be the Illinois AEOP President. As president of your affiliated association, you were able to carry in the state flag on the opening ceremony. I wanted to experience the conference once before I had a role in the opening ceremony. Since my first conference in 2010, I have only missed one conference. The networking, professional development opportunities, and friendships at the conference are what makes each year a unique and enriching experience.
My theme this year is “Aspire, Achieve with NAEOP.” I chose the star as a symbol during my presidency to represent the individuality of each of us. Together we can aspire and achieve to keep NAEOP moving forward for all our professional needs.
Our mission is to support and elevate educational professionals by providing valuable resources, fostering meaningful connections, and promoting excellence within our field. The website is a good source of information that includes upcoming events, professional development resources, and member lists to help with your networking opportunities.
If you are looking for ways to get involved with NAEOP, we have various programs our members may sign up to participate in. Please see the list below for committees that are looking for members to assist:

In July of 2025, we will be in Charleston, South Carolina. I hope each of you are making plans to attend July 13-16 for our 91st conference. Plans are already under way for some great professional development and fellowship.

Warmly,
