Field Service
Through generous donations from members, hosting association/affiliate, and other entities, NAEOP (National Association of Educational Office Professionals) is pleased to provide professional development opportunities at conferences and professional development days.
The NAEOP Board of Directors have drafted professional development presentations for educational organizations, school systems, and other educational entities, offered to these entities at a nominal fee.
Guidelines for Field Service
Please read the guidelines listed below, complete the professional development request form, and email to staff@naeop.org. Every attempt should be made by the hosting associations to cover travel and accommodation costs for the requested speaker. Nonaffiliated associations request should include expenses covered and additional speaker fee of $300.00. Any request must be received by the national office at least 90 days prior to the date of the workshop.
• The NAEOP Executive Director will work with the requesting organization to determine the most economical travel costs.
• The completed Professional Development Request Form is returned to the national office for review, check board member availability and approval. The President and the Executive Director will work with the organization to determine which Board member may be available to conduct the workshop(s).
• The national office will email the association contact person when the request is approved.
• Upon completion of the professional development visit, the association will be invoiced for agreed upon travel expenses, plus the speaker fee, unless previously paid.
